  Horrible service 45min wait time to be seated and 40min wait for food. Servers dont know the menu had to wait for silverware to be cleaned and rolled in napkins. Party of 9 all orders placed same time and 2 meals not placed so we sat and watched 7 people eat our meals came out 30mins later

  Went to Carolina Kitchen on Sunday about 3pm only to find out they only doing take out and no dining in until 5pm looked for that information on the website but not found. This information should be known to people before they drive the distance. But food and service was good on first visit.

  DEPLORABLE SERVICE. WORSE THAN LARGO. We were told there was a 15 minute wait for white meat fried chicken. I asked the cashier for a courtesy drink while my first order got cold and I continued to wait for the second. She proceeded to tell me with an attitude, "we charge for drinks." After 20+ minutes, I asked for the manager who tells me "it will be ready in another 2-3 minutes" after walking around the store for almost 5 minutes herself. Again, I asked the manager for a drink while I wait (most restaurants do offer at least drinks for inconveniencing the customer) and was told "I can get in trouble if I give you a large drink." So I got a refund. $40 loss all for a $2 drink. No consideration of the customer. The restaurant is disorganized. The staff are young, inexperienced and rude. Brandywine Shopping Center waited for a business like THIS? Clean house Lance. WE FOLLOWED ANOTHER DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER TO DE'SOUL CAFE AROUND THE CORNER. Same foods..better customer service..bigger portions..tastes delicious..prices are reasonable!
